Objectives
MD Buyline and its private equity investor, SFW Capital Partners, engaged TripleTree as its exclusive financial advisor to explore a strategic sale or majority recapitalization of the Company. MD Buyline sought a buyer who would value their unique platform, data assets, and client base as well as their recent strategic initiatives that included enhancing and extending its product lines, investing in the company’s sales, marketing and account management functions, and strengthening the company’s business infrastructure.
