New Mountain Capital Has Acquired Convey Health Solutions
Company Description
Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Convey Health Solutions (“Convey”) delivers business process technology and solutions that simplify processes for Medicare Part D and Medicare Advantage programs while driving regulatory compliance and reducing associated administration costs. Convey’s exclusive healthcare focus and proprietary technology platform allow it to efficiently manage end-to-end health insurance processes for its customers, from eligibility and enrollment processing to premium billing and payment processing, reconciliation and other related services.
Objectives
TripleTree was engaged by New Mountain Capital as a strategic advisor to help assess Convey’s core business and market opportunity, including expansion opportunities across complementary markets and capabilities. TripleTree leveraged its deep industry knowledge in managed care and highly relevant transaction experience to provide strategic insights and recommendations to New Mountain Capital.
Results
New Mountain Capital reached an agreement to partner with Convey’s management team to help accelerate growth while maintaining its core focus on high levels of customer service.
