OneDigital Has Partnered With New Mountain Capital

Objectives
Over the past five years, TripleTree has developed a strong partnership with OneDigital and its owner, Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (FNF), providing ongoing strategic advice and perspectives. In March 2017, TripleTree was formally engaged as OneDigital’s exclusive financial advisor based on its deep industry experience and previous experience advising OneDigital (fka Digital Insurance) in its sale to FNF in December 2012. Leveraging its long-standing relationship and deep knowledge of the Company, TripleTree was able to facilitate an accelerated and efficient diligence process with an exceptional outcome.
Results
This successful transaction was governed by expedited due diligence and negotiations that included comprehensive business, market, operational, legal, and financial due diligence and legal negotiation of a definitive agreement. New Mountain Capital and the OneDigital management team share a similar view of the exciting opportunity ahead, looking to drive continued growth and platform expansion through both organic and inorganic opportunities.
