OneNeck Acquires Ensync

Company Description
OneNeck IT Services Corporation is the leading ERP outsourcing services provider to mid-market companies. The Company was ranked the Number One ERP Management Outsourcer by the “Black Book of Outsourcing” two years in a row. OneNeck supports a variety of ERP applications, including Oracle, Baan, BPCS, JD Edwards and Microsoft Dynamics AX and offers a wide range of services including application, database and network management, data center management, 24/7 customer support, disaster recovery and desktop support. OneNeck's global solutions enable customers to improve ERP system performance and leverage their enterprise applications to deliver measurable business benefits. The majority of OneNeck’s customers outsource all, or the vast majority, of their IT resources making OneNeck a highly valued strategic partner.

Objectives
OneNeck retained TripleTree as its exclusive financial advisor to engage in an acquisition strategy to further broaden OneNeck’s suite of managed services capabilities while further strengthening the Company’s position as one of North America’s leading providers of outsourced services for the mid-market.

Results
TripleTree assisted OneNeck in a strategic assessment of the Company’s solution gaps to identify key areas of focus before embarking on an aggressive acquisition campaign. TripleTree and OneNeck qualified a broad segment of the industry, focusing on targets that could provide OneNeck with the appropriate mid-market customer base to cross-sell into, added technical resources to boost the Company’s existing capabilities, and additional data center capacity to support growth. OneNeck determined that Ensynch’s managed hosting business satisfied these and other strategic objectives and a transaction with Ensynch was agreed to and executed.

The transaction with Ensynch will provide OneNeck with an additional Tier II data center in the Phoenix area and a team of highly skilled technical resources. The transaction also brings 100 additional mid-market customers to OneNeck, further solidifying their position as the mid-market leader of outsourcing services. The combined business units will leverage Ensynch’s data center assets and technical talent to continue to serve their customer base uninterrupted. Additionally, Ensynch’s Managed Services customers will gain access to additional services from OneNeck’s portfolio, including advanced ERP support and additional business application hosting services.

For Ensynch, the transaction will help propel the expansion of its professional services and staffing business by accelerating geographic growth across the Southwest while acquiring new professional services capabilities.
