Surgical Affiliates Management Group (SAMGI), a portfolio company of Varsity Healthcare Partners and a leading provider of surgicalist services in the United States, has been recapitalized by A&M Capital Partners. SAMGI manages and staffs trauma, general emergency, and specialty surgery programs on behalf of hospitals and health systems, and is spearheading adoption of outsourced surgicalist services across the U.S.
