  • Carta Healthcare, a San Francisco, CA-based clinical data company, acquired Realyze Intelligence. The Realyze Intelligence solution leverages AI to match patients to clinical trials to accelerate research and reduce costs while providing patients with the latest advances in care.   • Community Health Systems, Inc. [NYSE: CYH] announced that a subsidiary of the company has signed a definitive agreement to sell 123-bed Lake Norman Regional Medical Center in Mooresville, N.C., and related businesses, to Duke Health for approximately $280M. View the announcement here.

  • Dynamic Infusion, a provider of home infusion nursing services, acquired CCE Partners d/b/a Solution Nursing, which includes operations in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Northern Virginia. Solution Nursing is a provider of home infusion nursing services on behalf of specialty pharmacies.   • Labcorp, a global provider of laboratory services, finalized its acquisition of select outreach laboratory services from Ballad Health.   • Lauxera Capital Partners acquired Galen Data, a provider of secure, cloud-based connectivity solutions for medical devices.   • Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, the middle-market focused private equity team at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, agreed to acquire Prescott’s, a healthcare focused specialty outsourced clinical engineering services provider, from Atlantic Street Capital.   • Patterson Companies, Inc. (Nasdaq: PDCO), a dental and animal health distributor, entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Patient Square Capital.   • Proven Behavior Solutions, a provider of outpatient therapy services for children with autism in Massachusetts, acquired Prism Autism Education & Consultation of Connecticut.   • Suven Pharmaceuticals signed definitive agreements to acquire a 56% equity stake in NJ Bio, Inc, a CRO that provides integrated chemistry and biology services to clients from the biotech and pharma sectors.
