Our Team

Carmine Cafasso is a Vice President at TripleTree focused on supporting the firm’s new business development, client engagement, and transaction execution activities. Additional responsibilities include market research and industry trend analysis.

Prior to joining TripleTree, Carmine was with Conduent, a business process services company, where he was a member of the Corporate Development team, supporting the company’s global M&A strategy. Prior to Conduent, Carmine was an Associate in Alvarez & Marsal’s Valuation Services Practice where he worked on various engagements including purchase price allocations, portfolio valuations, and transaction opinions across a wide array of industries.

Carmine earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The College of New Jersey.
