Elizabeth Tarney is the Manager of the Executive Office at TripleTree, where she oversees the firm’s administrative infrastructure, operations, and facilities management. Elizabeth is responsible for ensuring operational continuity across the firm, driving the high-level coordination required to support TripleTree’s leadership and its mission in the healthcare industry.  With a career spanning nearly two decades in private equity and asset management, Elizabeth brings deep expertise in organizational strategy to the firm.

Prior to joining TripleTree, she spent five years at Värde Partners, supporting the Business Development and Investor Relations group. Her background also includes key operational and executive support roles at Gryphon Investors and Burlingame Asset Management in San Francisco. Elizabeth began her career in the San Francisco Bay Area’s technology sector, fostering an adaptable, forward-thinking approach to firm operations.
