Our Team

Jason Grais is a Managing Director at TripleTree, focused on advising leading healthcare companies in M&A transactions. Jason specializes in the Healthcare Services and Technology sectors, focusing on the payer, employer and consumer end-markets.

Prior to joining TripleTree over 20 years ago, Jason worked in the medical software and professional services divisions at FICO, a data analytics and decision management software company. Jason began his career as a management consultant at Arthur Andersen and BearingPoint. He is an active community volunteer and board member, including currently serving on the boards of the Minneapolis Jewish Federation, Herzl Camp, and the Minnesota JCC Foundation.

Jason earned a B.B.A. in finance, investments, and banking from the University of Wisconsin and an M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
