Phillip Deneault is a Director at TripleTree focused on supporting the firm’s new business development, client engagement, and transaction execution activities. Additional responsibilities include market research and industry trend analysis.

Prior to joining TripleTree, Phillip served as a Managing Director at Evercore in the Healthcare group, where he specialized in working with healthcare technology companies on M&A transactions. Prior to that, Phillip worked as a software consultant, primarily engaged with financial regulatory agencies including the SEC and FDIC.

Phillip graduated with a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire school at The University of Virginia and earned an MBA from The University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.
